Our company registration number is BE – 0644.619.438.  In the context of this website, “we”, “our” ,“I” and “us” means www.KHOSY.com and “you” and “your” means you, the user or customer of this website.

Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. If you do not agree with these terms of use, please do not use this site. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time should those changes be required for a successful technological and legal operation of this site. You should check these Terms of Use regularly for such changes. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Software and all html and other code contained in this site, shall remain at all times vested in KHÔSY Concepts. You are permitted to use the content only as expressly authorized by KHÔSY Concepts. You hereby accept that this site, and your relations with KHÔSY Concepts, shall be governed by Belgian law, which shall be the sole law applicable to the present site. Any dispute with a user of the site shall be referred to the competent courts of Brussels.

Privacy

The business owner of Khosy.com is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission, but we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to the KHOSY website. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your order. This is not the sale itself. Once the money has been transferred to the account of KHÔSY Concepts, an email will be send to the buyer to let him/her know that products they have ordered and paid for, will now be shipped to the address, given to KHÔSY Concepts. When one of the products is not in stock or available at the moment, buyers will be notified immediately on our website.

Security & Payment

Your financial & identity protection is our most important priority. That is why we process all payments through the Mollie & MultiSafepay platform, which are safe & secured payment processing systems. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, must be 18 years or more,  that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. None of the ECO/GIFT vouchers issued by Monizze, Edenred or Sodexo can be converted into money

Shipping & Delivery

KHÔSY Concepts is currently shipping nationally and internationally (most parts of Europe, Monaco & United Arab Emirates). All prices on the website exclude shipping fees. Your KHÔSY Home Collection orders are shipped the same day from our facility in Brussels (Trademart Brussels, Atomiumsquare 1, 1020 Belgium). We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Sundays and holidays. KHÔSY Concepts is not responsible for postal delays, due to a strike or a suspension. The delivery charges include the packaging and the transport of the products which will be sent to the address that is given to KHÔSY Concepts by its buyer. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. All products will be sent through bpost for all the buyers living/based in Belgium. This means that everything has to be signed for upon delivery. Buyers living outside Belgium may pay for a courier service (DHL Express). Please note that shipping costs will vary, depending on the country you live in and total weight. KHÔSY Concepts does not bear the costs resulting from Inco-terms regulations. For orders more then 30 kg, kindly contact our customer service. KHÔSY Concepts cannot be held responsible for damages during shipment.

Tracking order

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (this may take up to 24 hours). 

Prices

All prices include already VAT and are mentioned in EURO. KHÔSY Concepts states that all prices of the products sold on this website are accurate, but please remember that some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified. We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the site, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.

Gift Vouchers

Please note that gift vouchers purchased through khosy.com are only valid for a limited time. When the date on the voucher has expired, it will not be possible to use that voucher. We cannot accept any responsibility for a stolen or deleted gift voucher. Gift vouchers can be sent to anybody you choose, and will be sent to the mail-address that is given to KHÔSY Concepts by the purchaser of the voucher. A voucher can only be sent, once the payment has gone through. However, we are not responsible for any delays, caused by your internet provider. All vouchers-codes will be sent through email. Gift vouchers can be used in multiple times, for the total amount mentioned on the voucher excl. shipping costs.  None of the vouchers can be converted into money.

Return Policy

Every buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. KHÔSY Concepts should be notified by email if you would like to return your item(s). The articles must not have been ‘used’.

Goods that were bought on sale or bought by eco/gift voucher cannot be returned. All goods should be returned in their original packaging, without any damage to either the goods or the packaging. The price of the goods will be refunded as soon as the products have been received at KHÔSY Concepts’ address, stated here in the terms & conditions. However, KHÔSY Concepts is not responsible for any delays or problems regarding the shipment. It is therefore recommended that you use a secure and registered shipping company which requires KHÔSY Concepts to sign upon delivery. The costs that you incur to return the goods are non-refundable.

By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive emails from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new products, collections releases, new service offerings, etc. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory. We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from or newsletter service, without notice . We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
